Transparent guidelines to ensure your donations and service payments are treated with care and respect.
1. Donations
Donations made to Masjid ur Rahman Islamic Community Center directly support religious services and community programs. These contributions are considered final and non-refundable unless a clear processing error has occurred.
2. Service Payments & Event Fees
Payments for classes, events, or other services may be refundable if the Center cancels the service or if we receive a written cancellation request at least 7 days before the service start date. After this window, refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances.
3. Digital Products & Resources
Access to digital content, including online courses and downloadable materials, is granted immediately after purchase and is therefore non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
