1. Service Delivery
Most offerings from Masjid ur Rahman Islamic Community Center are service-based (education programs, health clinics, religious services, and community events). Delivery timelines are shared via email or WhatsApp once registration or payment is confirmed.
2. Digital Resources
Digital materials (course recordings, study guides, reports) are delivered instantly via secure download links or email. If you do not receive the link within 24 hours, please contact us.
3. Physical Shipments
In rare cases where physical items (books, merchandise, or event kits) are shipped, dispatch occurs within 5–7 business days. Shipping partners provide tracking numbers and estimated delivery dates. Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
4. Delays and Interruptions
If a service or shipment is delayed due to public holidays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, we will notify you immediately and provide a revised timeline or alternative solution.
